UPPER LEVEL: King bedroom with TV, queen memory foam sleeper sofa, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, great room with TV, full laundry room, and deck.

LOWER LEVEL: Bedroom with two queen beds and TV, full bathroom, sitting area, and walk-out covered deck. The lower level can be accessed by the indoor spiral staircase or exterior stairs.

DEERFIELD RESORT AMENITIES

Guests have access to The Greens at Deerfield golf course (golf fees are not included with the cabin rental), swimming pool, pickle ball courts, volleyball court, basketball court, tennis court, and children's play area. Recreational equipment is not provided.

POOL: No lifeguard is on duty. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

COVERED BOAT SLIP

Your stay includes a 10 x 30 ft. covered boat slip with power at Deerfield Cove Marina, providing convenient access to Norris Lake. A launch fee is charged by Deerfield Cove Marina when entering with a boat.

BOAT RENTALS

Springs Dock Marina is one of the closest marinas to Deerfield Resort and offers seasonal rentals that may include pontoons, ski boats, fishing boats, and jet skis. Marina operations and rental availability are seasonal, so guests should confirm availability directly with the marina.

FIRE PIT

Enjoy evenings around our spacious stone fire pit. Firewood is not provided.

GOLF

The Greens at Deerfield features a 6,800-yard championship golf course designed by Bobby Clampett, along with a driving range and practice greens. The clubhouse offers a pro shop and restaurant.

NEARBY CONVENIENCES

Marinas around Norris Lake operate seasonally, generally from spring through early fall. Restaurants and Walmart are available near the I-75 exit. For items closer to the cabin, Deerside Market is located just outside the Deerfield Resort gate, and Dash N Go 3 is a short drive away.
